Payment process

After you add products to your cart and start checkout, you need to fill out names and emails of the participants for which you are buying the tickets. Even if you are buying tickets for your friends, fill in their name, because at some events we will require you to present an ID.

When all information is collected and you click submit order, you will be taken to the Payment Gateway of our service provider. There you can use Google Pay, Apple Pay, VISA or Mastercard. For more info checkout Payment Provider help documentation.

You payment information is securely handled by Comgate a.s. and is not shared with us. After you finish payment, you will be returned to the shop where you will see the status of your order.

Within few minutes you will also receive order confirmation email with list of products you bought and a list of information you provided for recapitulation.

Shipping

All products on this website are non-physical goods. Entrance to the events is granted by QR code that each participant will receive few days before the event.
